Has anyone ever had a bet just disappear before after submitted??

I had a 3 team if just disappear and all 3 won. Worked something out with them but am wondering if im not the only one who had this happen. Dont want to mention the company name as a fair agreement got worked out even though i didnt print or write down the info on it to give them.

1 time I had placed a bet that disappeared I don't know how it happened, not sure if I failed to confirm it or the book was being shady but it was at a crappy book a long time ago when I was betting $20 bucks a game so said screw it and just changed books
