If you owned an offshore book, what innovative features would you offer
    1. Option to opt-out of a bet after 5 innings or HT at 50% of your bet.

    2. 50 random losing bets refunded everyday (up to $500)

    3. Bet insurance. If your bet wins, you pay 20% insurance. If your bet loses, you get 50% of bet refunded.

    4. If you hit a 3 team or higher parlay, you get 100 free pulls on the slots of your choice.

    5. You can switch games at HT provided the scores are similar (at 10% fee).

The option to scan your banks online statement documenting an E-check's deduction, thus expediting the 14-30 day business day holds placed by some books before withdrawing.

        1) Honor the line at any A+ -110 book if a customer asks.

        2) Have a Gold Parlay Club. Higher odds for regular parlay players.

I would off a bet that is the opposite of a parlay like you lay 320/100 if you can just hit one of two bets.

I would spend ridiculous amounts of money on advertising so as to make it impossible for my sportsbook to turn a profit then eliminate payouts so that I could still turn huge profits (idea stolen from BetUS)

Offer a ****/********** like card, that members can pay for ($25 or $50). This way you can request, 24/7, money to instantaneously be withdrawn from your sportsbook, into you're ****, anytime. This would eliminate snail mail, western union debacles, netteller scams, etc...
The sportsbook could put a hold on free plays, rollovers, before allowing to have $ go into the credit card. Also, the sportsbook wouldn't have to worry about credit cards not allowing accounts to be opened up with hostile rejections. Players can make easy deposits with the credit card they bought from the sportsbook.
Other ideas: 5 or 6 team parlays get 'twinkies' thrown in (twinkie: 10-20 cent juice reduction for larger parlays).
Contest that have us flying to their country, and meeting them in person. Yeah I'm serious. Most of those books are in the carribbean, and most of us don't live anywhere tropcal. An all exspense paid trip to visit your sportsbook may prove interesting, and then you could visit the island, itself.
              Chatrooms w/ other betters.
              Good thread

I would offer losers only a percent back on thier monthly losses.

Been done before but I think it's a profitable strategy keeping the losers coming back.

Well of course they may have been ok if not for the government, but they had a promotion that you make like 10 bets a week $25 min. for a certain period of time nad then you come party with them or something

I'd first make sure my company has enough capital to HONOR PAYOUTS instead of having to come up with all sorts of bullsh*it:

                          1. "Our lines had a typing error, your bet is voided"

                          2. "We have no reason to believe you genuinely bet on a 8.50 odds selection with such a high sum of money, thus we are sure the match was fixed and you knew the outcome"

                          3. "We are convinced you are manipulating the market with a syndicate"

                          4. "We don't accept professionals and sharps, this is a recreational book, sorry"

God I wish there was tighter regulation for all sportsbooks, these crooked idiots would piss their pants when they can no longer screw over their customers instead of paying out like a real company. IF YOU CAN'T PAY OUT THE MONEY WITH THE ODDS YOU LIST... DON'T PUT THE ODDS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Even some A-/B rated sportsbook use cheap thief tactics like above, if they take high losses from a game. Totally disgusting.
