-How exactly does the processor system work? Why was it easier for some sites to illegally set up processors in the US? What are they doing now to get around it? Is it possible to disguise bank wires? Why don't banks flag bank wires(is it because the origin is disguised?)?

-Will the government make it illegal for PLAYERS to bet anytime soon?

-Explain what will change if HR2366: Internet Gambling Prohibition, Consumer Protection, and Strengthening UIGEA is passed.

Didn't an island nation win a court case years ago when the US overstepped it's bounds trying to shut down offshore gambling? How is what the government is doing in any way legal?

Isn't it unlawful discrimination to allow some states to have sports betting but not all?

-Is placing a bet online similar to buying pot in Holland in that you are doing something that is legal in the place you are doing it? IOW is being on a non .com website the same thing as "being" in a different country and being under that country's law code.

1. The situation.
Electronic Money Issuer intentionally prevents e-money holder (customer) to operate his e-money ("temporarily disables", "disables", "closes" "account") without giving information about proper reasons.
Note that customer identity is verified.
Note that there is no legal decision about customer is criminal or has any relations to criminals.
Note that EMI is registered and regulated by FSA.
Is this situation legal or illegal? Related links to legislation are necessary in the answer.

2. The same situation and the customer make request to redeem his e-money according to Electronic Money Regulations, Part V, point 39.
Is it legal for EMI to refuse or delay redemption without giving information about proper reasons?

For example, Washington State is by no means a conservative state, yet they have some of the most aggressive anti-online-gaming laws in existence. At the same time, the state touts its lottery and has quite a few Native American Casinos, to name a few of the gambling enterprises that are accepted openly. The Greek and betjamaica were located in Jamaica and Vip was at least based out of Curacao, Costa Rican based sportsbooks like 5dimes and Bookmaker still seem to be churning along. What are his opinions on the status of offshores in Costa Rica?

Does he have any opinion on the those domain seizures of DSI,Bookmaker and funtimebingo?

It seems much ado about nothing in the end. Bookmaker is fine and Funtime bingo is still kicking ass and taking names even after the bust.
