Haven't used them since the NationsBank days about a decade or so ago. They sucked then and can only imagine how bad they are now. I'm pissed my mortgage got sold to Countrywide and now I contribute to them. I have used ETrade and Charles Schwab for years. Great customer service, no fees, you even get any and all ATM fees refunded even if it is some ridiculous $7 or $10 fee at a casino or strip club. Can't beat the online banks.

They are losing billions for buying Countrywide's bad loans. You remember that guy on TV 4-5 years ago that wanted to sell you loans? I wondered what happened to him?
