It's a running joke with the British press, they always used to complain about him running out of energy.

He's hardly an average player either - he missed last year's French, Wimbledon and essentially the whole hard court season, yet will be top10 when the next rankings come out. With near no points to defend to the end of the year, he'll likely be top5 in December, or after the Australian.

Can't see him doing anything against Nadal though, who had an easy 3 set match finishing mid day.
