Their new system is terrible. Theiur customer service is worse.

I placed a wager, then closed my computer and went to bed.

I look this morning, and the wager is placed, and then it is also placed again ten minutes later.

I was in bed, no longer on my computer.

All I have gotten from customer service is them calling me a liar, telling me there is so much time between bets their system couldnt have made a mistake.

I was no longer on the computer, i was probably sleeping already.

They tell me there is no one who can deal with this until tommorrow, but they have made it clear they dont plan on doing anything.

They simply stole 50 bucks from me.

I dont think the new software they installed is better than the old software
Before to see all the NFL lines all I had to do was click on one link NFL football

Now you have to click on Football and then 4 checkboxes and then the show button to see just the NFL preseason games. If they add the regular season games then you have to click on 7 checkboxes, how can this be better?

The old version of their software was definitely better, faster, and more useer friendly

most of the time the software upgrades make the site worse and slower

Their software is average at best, but I've always recv'd good CS and fast payouts. Never ever had any issue with them. I dont use them as much now though due to the lack of betting options they offer. Book is solid though

When problems arise, legends is proactive at trying to fix them. I like that they are involved with the forum.
