OT.... Anybody invest in REIT's?

Im looking at getting into a REIT. Just curious as to if you guys like them or not. How have they worked out for you?

Im saving for a vacation, if that falls through this is probably where the money will go

I have in the past. They work fine. I think they pass 85% of the earnings to the trust holders. Probably a great time to pick up some blue chip REITs.
