    Creditwagering struggling?
So here's the situation, I have played with them for a month and a half as a secondary book and never had to settle or cash out but I told a friend about them, he won 1k the first week and tried to withdrawal, they said his ID was blurry and he would have to wait until the folllowing week and resend his ID, so he was pissed but did as they said, he resent his ID and requested a withdrawal when he was up 1800 for 1k he knew he'd have to forfit the 800 since it does not rollover and he was fine with that, So anyways they say they sent him the card wednsday and it would be there friday, it was not there and they said they had processor problems they provided him with a fake tracking number for DHL and then said it was DHL fault not theres, then they apologize and try to appease him and say it should be there this past Tuesday after he requested withdrawal out he lost $470 and now they are telling him he has to send them $470 before he can cash out the 1k? He said forget that and won't pay unless he gets the 1k why the hell don't they just send him $530 on his debit card and then they are even this is starting to look like a scam are they in financial trouble? He won the money two weeks before he got in the RED yet they want him to wire $470 cash before he can get the 1k when they could just give him $530 on the card I would stay away from them

From what you wrote, I'd say if he were up 1k and lost 470, they should just send him $530 and cover the losses with what they would've sent.

Something doesn't make sense now that I think about it bud.

If he were up $1,000, his available funds would be $1,000. If he loses 470, his available funds are still $530 and he owes not one cent because he's $530 in the positive.

If he were to owe $470, his account would be -470 which is really -1470 if he gambled away that 1k.

OK so you're saying the $1,000 was deducted from the balance once the payout was approved, and then he proceeded to lose $470 with the payout still pending.

So his account is -470 with $1,000 w/d request still pending. He should consult with live chat I'd say if he hasn't already, speak to one of the guys on later in the evening.

They are just giving him the run around basically he has talked to ben, sam, roberto, carlos all of them and they all tell him different stuff hopefully one of their people will read this thread just put the $530 they owe him on his card and get done with it, close his account or whatever, this is bad for their image and not worth the trouble for such a small sum, they play hardball when you owe them then when they owe you they cant settle $530?

my question is, What the fvck happened to the other 800 from when he was up 1800? What do you mean forfeited? If you're up over 1 k they get to keep the excess?

I've never played at CW. A big turn off is the fact that the kid had to give up the $800.00 because it didn't roll over. Thats a system set up to make you fail. You either win or they break you.

So why did he keep going after he was up 1k? No sense to continue.

It is clearly stated the most you can win at first is 1K, those terms are plastered over much of the site. I'm not sure why he'd keep betting had he read the concept page when signing up.

Once you settle a couple times or post up you can win more, I was paid out 2k last week because my limits are a little higher than average.

Yah they are just trying to make sure they dont get hit hard by one person so their max liability is 1k but if they cant even settle $530 maybe they should even lower the 1k max liability I don't like telling people about a book then that person getting fved out of cash I am pissed

No problem if its in the rules and posted. Just wondering why he kept going once he hit 1K.

I think he hit a parlay or something so was up over 1k and just dicking around with the extra to see how high he could build it for fun, not positive on that but I think thats what happened

I mean hypothetically they should of paid him that as well since the week he built it up to 1800 it should of been a new week anyway since the first week he won they said his ID was too blurry and made him wait to the following week to cash out, my experience had been positive so far but have done no financial transaction with them which is what really matters

Week 1: He was up 1k requested withdrawal was told ID scan too blurry
Week 2: up 1k still from week one plus another 800 for $1800 positive balance puts in request for 1k withdrawal 800 taken out since it did not rollover so 1k pending withdrawal and even account balance going into week 3
Week 3: loses $470 while awaiting his debit card so sohuld of been paid $530

I'm with ya, Top. Regarless about them keeping the 800, your friend should not have to send them 470 after they have been procrastinating on his pay out. The easy solution is the one you and Crazyl were talking about. Just load his card with 530 and be done with it. Hopefully that happens and he gets his money.

Exactly right. Nothing slows down a payout quicker than a player continuing to play. They want to see if you are going to give it back. Especially if you can only win 1k? I have to read this thread again, I'm confused as hell on why someone had to forfeit $800 dollars? He kept betting and won but he lost it since he was already up the max? The next week he kept betting and lost $470 more? I don't get it, this guy seems clueless, why bet if you are at the max? Seems like a freeroll for the book if I am understanding this correctly.

Seems like a freeroll for the book if I am understanding this correctly.

yeah, ive been reading a lot of good things about this book, but some things raise red flags. ive been considering joining, just to get a different line than my book, that way i dont have to front any money. my biggest concern though is that they will sell my information to scumbags, especiaaly when they go out of business. i wonder if these people think of this when sending thier info.
