But over the past decade, there have been some pretty bad Rays, Pirates, and Royals teams, as well.

Dont know about the last decade. But this years edition of the oakland a's is the worst fukkin team i have ever laid eyes on. I have no clue how they win a single game with that lineup. Not one guy belongs in the majors.
