The new R's will twist and turn any fact until they come out on top. I miss real R's, real conservatives. They had some real ideas, the group that hijacked the R's will flush this party down the toilet.
Said it before will say it again. Jesus Christ could appear and declare that the D's are correct and the R's are incorrect and we will still have individuals that will some how twist it with comments like the above. dumbed down country...makes me sick thinking they could elected Ron Paul...by now the budget was balanced, Patriot Act, DSH, IRS, Department of Energy, Education, EPA and TSA abolished, taxes lowered, wars over, south border secured, many military bases around the world closed, dollar and economy stronger, FED audited, etc.

First observation. I love how everyone here ignores JJ in his own thread. As if everyone knows something.
Second, once JJ is out of thr discussion, for the most part there is actually intelligent discussion.
Lastly, i voted for obama. I think hes done a poor job. I think he was the best choice then. I think he may be the best choice again in 2012. A lot of people here overlook his appointments. Most chitchat that takes place here is about politics and party platforms, much less about the man himself. a good way to judge a president is by his appointments. if you enjoy reading and dont mind doing a bit of digging, look up his appointments and their interests and histories. enjoyComment -
