PM Lou if that ever happens again. Include the the approximate time.

If the software disconnects the hand will time out and fold. That is one of those things that is hard coded.

The points log history works slowly, and often is unable to perform search and check older transactions.

I also miss the "Live help" option.

Both should be there and faster today.

To be honest, SBR poker seems to be worse for me. I have an unstable internet connection, my internet often gets so slow or is out completely during late afternoon. Before the overhaul, SBR poker used to still be able to run pretty smoothly even when my internet connection was so slow it barely worked and could not even fully load a webpage. Never once got disconnected unless my internet connection was out completely. Since the overhaul, I am constantly getting disconnected from SBR poker (because of my internet connection, not the poker software) every time my internet connection starts to run slow.

Sorry to hear that. I'll ask the the techs to look at your trace and see if there is anything we can do to help.

If it is relevant, I can only remember getting disconnected during tournaments. During ring games when my internet starts to run sluggish, the software usually just starts delaying and/or running a bit choppy (nothing too unordinary for the circumstances I guess), occasionally timing me out, but I don't get the "lost connection, trying to reconnect" pop up like I do in the tournaments. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.
