Got kindle for wife and she is glued to it. Takes it on vacations, drives. She is off my back. She loves the extra games on it, word games. Great for reading in sunshine. Books, too. I might get one too. Only need wifi not 3g.

the best electronic item you can own or purchase..for reading its just amazing...love the EINK paper...battery lasts 25 days! u can read in sunlight..interface is easy and nice. some fun games on kindle but reading, subscriptions etc...Im buying a few for christmas gifts..slight prefer the kindle over the nook..avoid the color nook that is not totally electronic paper with the 25 day batter life...
