Sounds all well and good in theory, but banks aren't just handing out quarter of a million dollar loans nowadays.

Usually in order to sell short you must have a margin account with atleast $5000 .Just short the whole Dow 30 you will be fine

Don't panic. Be prudent. Invest long-term in good, solid companies that are well-managed and focus on good service.

That's as close to a "sure thing" as there is in the stock market.
