According to dialogue during the funeral scene, Charlie's exit from this world was a gruesome one. It's reportedly revealed that he had married Rose, the woman he flew off to Paris with last season, and that while they were in Paris, he "slipped" onto the subway tracks as an oncoming train approached. According to TMZ, the way the scene plays out implies that Rose was behind the "accident."

No, what I said was he had to get Killed for the bet to be action... If he was not killed in the first episode then at that point would all bets be refunded... be it seems like he's dead so because he "slipped in front of a train." as per what Rose said.

i actually heard about it a month ago, when the bet first came out on here. i heard it a day later. I thought they closed the betting action on it when it came out, but I guess it remained open.

Interesting decision. Regular books sometimes offer one-sided props, so just because the train thing wasn't an option doesn't implicitly mean the bet shoudl be no actioned.

In other news, I have a couple MLB props pending from yesterday. Likely the result fo the no action bug.

He's dead, a train ran over him... IMO Sheen was the one that kept that going. I like Kutcher but I just don't feel it's a right match for the show...

The only way this bet would not have been paid would be if it was still showing as pending in your accounts, I checked both your guys accounts and both bets were set as No Action and funds were returned.

It's there... It's in your wager history for all bets placed in August... NOW, again if the bet were showing as Still pending then at that point you would have NOT been refunded for that particular bet. BUT in this case the bet is not in your pending bets and the bet was NOT deleted from the system, it was simply set as No Action.
