    fantasy baseball: keep david wright or jacoby ellsbury next year??
    is this ellsbury for real? or is this a one year wonder type season? who would you rather have going forward??

        This is very complicated I dont know depends on scoring for one, also if you are going to keep keeping in future years, and the Mets are maybe moving the fences in? Also depends if you are going to platoon players over them.

          I think Ellsbury is some what for real. after the injuries last year he changed his training which is where the added power is coming from, I dont think he will quites as good next year but he also plays in that Sox line up,

          so 300/360/475 w 18HR 100R, 80RBI 40SB is realistic next year

          While the case for wright remains the same as it has for the last few years, his stats will be good, the power dip of 08 was a fluke:

          so 280/370/480 w/ 25HR 80R, 80RBI, 15 SB is realistic.

          Overall, Ellsbury wont be a big difference in the counting stats values by fantasy games, Add in that Wright plays 3B ( find another with comparable stats that will be available in a keeper league) and Ellsbury plays OF (if the league differentiates beteem LF,CF,RF ells gets a bump in value)
