first of all id like to say that sometimes i take things that are said about my product a little bit seriously as i feel they are a direct attck on my credibility and my charachter and for that i appologize, bbd nothing personal. as far as disputes or claims we have provide a link from our site to the sbr claim and dispute form we take care of our memers and we stand by our word

No apology needed sir. I totally understand your position as well as your comments. I do like the idea about having an SBR complaint form on your site. I feel that would show your dedication towards your clients satisfaction levels, as well as make them feel more comfortable playing there. Then again thats just my opinion only.

I signed up with blackdog a week ago, and have found them to be very professional with very good customer service. I believe that they will do just fine as long as they maintain the level of customer service that I have experienced so far.

I will keep you posted if that experience changes in any way, but so far, so good.

BlackDog is a Great Shop. When I talk to David or Sam over there they know me just by seeing my name or account number. They are the most personable book on the planet. I have played at as many sportsbooks than anyone here. There is no competition in customer service.
Now if I could just win one time would be great. I can't catch a break there. I zeroed out my available balance again BLACKIE. Your lines are tough pal.
There is a reason I have held a BLACKDOG sign at 5 games now. They are the best book I have ever played at hands down. I have played at over 30 online books and have never been treated as well as I have been here.
Don't fret guys I will be at the CUBS vs. WhiteSox game Sunday with a BLACKDOG sign showing my loyalty.
Let's just hope I can report a payout one of the days.

It amazes me how people can judge a book that they do not even play at. How is that possible ? I have yet to hear anyone that plays there say anything bad.

People that bash anything that they have no clue about are the ones that have no credibilty in my opinion. I hear all the time on this forum that Tony of 5Dimes is such an arse yet are they are an A book ? Anyone have any problems with disputes with them ?

Dan did make posts last fall about Blackdog that turned out to be false yet still will not correct what he said, that says a lot about Dan's credibility.

Do you go to the ball games with just 1 Blackdog sign?

Have you ever brought a sign stating your favorite pair of jeans or your favorite restaurant or your fav casino or your fav anything else?

While a admire your loyalty to them,the reasons for carrying a sign to the game for the 6th time may lay deeper then loyalty.

Any other posters out there suffer from the same disorder?

or the greek or Pinnacle to baseball games cause it's there fav book?

AL Masters the reason I think it is the best book I have played with is because I don't get all the excuses there. I am so sick of calling the Greek and them acting like I just interrupted the broad from a nap. I am so sick of calling Bookmaker for a payout and it takes 72 hours for a control number. I hate calling Bet Jamaica and asking to talk to a manager and " They have just stepped out " or " They are on the other line call back in an hour ". the state of books now is to give you every excuse to slow or no pay you and give you horrible customer service.

With BLACKDOG they don't have a ton of guys betting 5 Dimes a game. the trickle down effect is that they care about my 200-300 a game bets and treat everyone fairly. Like I stated before i am not just another account number. Sam was just telling me the other day that he was going to send me some cigars for my loyalty. It is the little things that give a book a personal touch..

JJ , their customer service is top notch and they have perks not many books have. For guys that like a lot of outs they are a good choice

I use to be known as puredamnevil in a java based text game. Carnagge is the name of the Cedar Rapids Gaming group that I use to bang one of the chicks in it Like the only hawt one. Good times old time ago, someone put pure and carnagge together and I've always sorta just run with it.
