[COLOR=#000000 !important]Im wondering, how can SBR give away so much to us ? Do they really bring that much in the door from advertising and Comm. on our accounts ?
If so, why dont the other forums also have good incentive programs where we can actually get things like $50 gift cards, Pizzas, Ipads, etc ?
I just noticed that SBR has 12 advertisers up top, and one other forum has like 30 so i think that other forum is bringing in more advertising dollars but doesnt have an incentive program for every poster.
So which is it,
A. SBR is getting soaked with all the freebies they give us. Losing a lot of money, trying to become #1.
or
B. These forums generate enough money to pay for these things, but the owners of other forums just keep it all.
Which is it ? I am thinking its A. I know it costs a lot of money to keep a site up and running but of course I have no idea how much money is coming in the front door.
So bottom line, is SBR really making money with this business model or are they losing huge dollars ?[/COLOR]
