ATTN SBR MOD/ADMIN: Poker Bonus Points Problem Again

There seems to be a problem with my poker bonus points again.



20 points seem to be stuck in limbo. I last played around 4 PM EST and they are still marked as in play 5 hours later despite me not sitting at any table now/during that time frame. If someone could look into the situation it would be appreciated.

And for future reference it might be helpful to have a thread title Poker Support in the Poker subforum where posters can post any problem they encounter. Since livehelp is gone whoever deals with these situations can just look there instead of happening upon it the depraved cauldron of humanity that is Player's talk. It's good for both admin/users and will help wrinkle out bugs in the poker software being rolled out.

Any word from the poker department? I'd like to play some cash to fulfill rollover but I don't want my boys disappearing into the twilight zone.

Seems like the new rollover requirements have some bugs in it. I like it though. I was playing last night with regular points and noticed that people who want to rollover points are chasing all the time so it's easier to make points at the ring tables.
