ATTN SBR: Poker Bonus Points rollover

Since Live Help is gone I'm not sure where to put this so here is as good a place as any I guess:

I rolled over the initial bonus points promo for poker testing and have a balance of 161. It shows I've played through the rollover requirement. I want to transfer this amount to my SBR forum account so I closed the software. I waited about an hour but it still shows that I have 36 "in play" despite not sitting at any tables ATM or for the last hour. Why isn't the 161 points being transferred to my SBR forum account if I've met the requirements?

I also happened to come 4th in a tournament. Do I have to rollover the second amount before I have access to the first balance even if I cleared its rollover requirements?

The first bonus was 50. If you look at the picture I posted it has a category for required/played indicating that they were completed.

Common you are better than this. If his rollover requirement was 150 you divide that by 3 and it means his initial play was 50.

I don't pretend to know the series of wires, transistors and vacuum tubes that compromise the inner workings of this beautiful machine but 4/5 hours seems to indicate a problem has occurred sir.
