If i bet the mets overnight and there was a pitching change do i still get a refund or is consider an action?

i did not do the listed pitcher on the game i had a 7 teamer and that was the only lost sucks!

Action means that it doesn't matter who starts the game. A pitching change means you still have the game. You seem to know this by saying that you didn't take listed.
