#3Hendrickson used to pitch for Tampa...not that great. Looks like he's struggling again.
But you always have to be careful with a team that exploded the night before.
I'd still go with the Rays though. CARL CRAWFORD FOR PRESIDENT!Comment -

#5Finally some belated justice
He cost me $3,000 the son of a bitch by playing Italy with 9 defenders on Spain game. Sweet justice!
ROME (AP)—Roberto Donadoni was fired as Italy’s coach Thursday.
The decision by the Italian Football Federation came following a meeting between Donadoni and federation president Giancarlo Abete, four days after Italy was knocked out of the European Championship quarterfinals by Spain on penalty kicks.
“I’m sorry that a penalty kick has decided this situation,” Donadoni said after the meeting, according to the ANSA news agency. “Over these last two years, my Italy also did something positive, and one last game can’t erase that.”
Donadoni signed a two-year contract extension before Euro 2008, but the deal included an escape clause on both sides that could be put into effect within 10 days of Italy’s loss.
He guided Italy to 13 wins, five draws and five losses.
Donadoni is expected to be replaced by his predecessor, Marcello Lippi, who led Italy to the World Cup title in 2006, its fourth. Lippi hasn’t coached since resigning after leading Italy to the World Cup championship two years ago.
“President Abete met national team coach Roberto Donadoni at the federation headquarters and an assessment was made for the last two years, and for the outcome of the European Championship,” the federation said in a statement on its Web site. “While reiterating to Donadoni the sincere personal respect and appreciation for the seriousness and quality commitment with which he carried out his job as coach of the national team, president Abete also told the coach of the federation’s decision—that it considers its contractual relationship finished by natural expiration.”
AP - Jun 26, 10:24 am EDT
With the move widely expected, Abete and Donadoni both recently indicated the coach would not receive any sort of payoff if his contract was terminated.
Donadoni never quite escaped the former coach’s shadow. Since the day he was hired, the 44-year-old Donadoni was criticized for being too young, too inexperienced, and too introverted.
When Lippi resigned after the triumph in Germany, Donadoni’s arrival was seen as a move by Italian soccer federation vice president Demetrio Albertini to hire his old teammate at AC Milan. The federation was in the middle of a match-fixing scandal and Albertini himself had just been appointed.
Donadoni proved some naysayers wrong by leading Italy to Euro 2008, but the federation seemed hesitant when it included the escape clause in his contract extension.
Donadoni only began coaching with Lecco in Serie C1 in 2001-02. He moved to Livorno in Serie B the next season, then was fired after three games with Genoa in 2003. He made his Serie A debut by returning to Livorno in January 2005, guiding the club to a ninth-place finish, then left Livorno in February 2006 with the team sixth in the standings.
Donadoni’s record as a player was much more impressive, including 10 seasons with AC Milan and 63 appearances for Italy.Comment -

#9Took the over on this game as well. Looks like we're gonna need Tampa to carry the bulk of the weight here. Garza looks unhittable. 53 pitch count after 5. But the Rays put 2 up in the top of the 4th and another 2 at the top of the 5th. C'mon Tampa, you fvckers...cover this yourselves.Comment -
