I'm sure the greek sent all his clients there without some sort of vested interest or payoff, maybe Heritage is the only US Fed run offshore. Any time business is that big the gov't has to get a cut somewhere along the line. Maybe it'll be like McRib where it comes back. Heritage came through in the last few weeks.

That was an error on the website, they have never charged 20%. Its about 10%. I cashed out $500 and the fee was $55
