SBR BEST BET THREAD - Friday, June 29th, 2011

[Shortstop]

Post your strongest bet of the day. You can use any sport you want, all types of straight wagers accepted, just make it clear.

You may play money lines but only between -500 and +500.

Scoring: -110 is risking 1.10 to win 1.00 and +110 is risking 1.00 to win 1.10 and so on.

Post your record along with the play, the line, the odds, and the book. Please use American odds, not decimal.

Using "SBR Book" and "Local" are not acceptable sources and your wager will not be graded.

For MLB wagers, both listed pitchers must start in order for your bet to be valid unless stated "Action" for the game.

For soccer and tennis bets, list the date, time, the opponent and how draws and retirements are to be graded.

Do not edit your post or it will be graded as a -330 loss. Plays must be posted before the official start time.

i can definitely take over, especially over the next month or so. but i'm curious as to why you wouldn't want to continue? seems like it'd only take a couple minutes a day..

as a teacher, i obviously have nothing to do for the next month, does this get busier during football season? because i've run things like this on other websites and would def be down to keep this going...

I use to grade it every now and then....but once they started allowing soccer...tennis ect...ect....I stopped....If it was just baseball...hoops...hockey and football I'd do it everyday
