i have said this 6,239 times in my career and each time, i fought it like crazy.. 15 min before opening pitch, i look at the lines, i fight it, fight it, fight it, then 3 min before, i say.. F-CK IT.. and i start submitting all my bets. it's very tough to do this if you look at the lines. the trick is, don't look at the lines, or you will get weak. i am a sick man.. and of course, 88% of the time when i do bet, when i wasn't going to, I LOSE.. story of my life.

the key is to get away from pc, and get out of the house, it will be easier. but i guarantee you that no one here can quit more than 3 days. we're all a bunch of sick gambling degenerates. as long as you still have the cash, none of us will ever quit. the only ones that quit are the ones that run out of money.
