Easier said then done but many people (not saying op) when they go all in don't leave themselves enough for that 30 pack and certainly for for a escort / call girl.

Winning an all in bet isn't satisfying at all if you do actually win. It's traumatizing really. But you;re right. Also you need to fight the urge to get loans/credit to bet again after the loss. My best advice is to take some time off. It hurts when you lose your bankroll in one day or on one game. I've done it dozens of times and it sucks just as bad every time. DONT GO ALL IN, EVER

This brings back memories of Machine Choice a couple of years ago. I can understand the frustration, I just went thru it with WNBA. Not that you want to lose, but sometimes deep down you just need a break from the grind as you said. Not that this is the case with you, but when I've done something like this in the past it's like subconsciously I make a play that in hindsight I'd never make if things were going well.

As long as you're not wagering diaper money and can take the hit, just put it behind you and move on. You've been around long enough to know how it goes.

When you loose a big one and you go back to betting small, it is not the same high anymore.

I smell your feeling, although I'm a small timer but some of us have been there and the feeling just reeks. Worse is when you are in a casino area and the thoughts of gambling can not escape you.

The best thing to do is to go far away and give things a rest. Come up with another game plan to beat the house but do it at a later date when your head is all cleared out. The worse way to gamble is having that big loss still stuck in the back of your head. Your money management skills will be off because your mind will linger in betting more than enough to get back what your lost.

It is like playing that game of double or nothing. If you win it all back, the house loses nothing. Who he hell here risk their wagers just to break even? High risk for even? Logic don't make sense sometimes.
