Think about it: Every day there are millions of motorists sitting in drive-thrus, wasting and idling away thousands of gallons of fuel, just because they're too lazy to get off their fat duffs and walk about 50 feet to order junk food.
By charging a 25% drive-thru tax, you:
(1) Make people consider "Do I really want these 1,000 empty calories and fat grams?" instead of instinctively pulling in for a quick fix;
(2) Make them consider that if they're hungry enough for fast food, they're hungry enough to park the car, save some gas, and walk a few steps for it;
(3) Direct the taxes raised toward fighting obesity and into oil exploration.

How about a 25 percent discount if i walk in? I like that idea better.
