Was there another tennis fix this morning?
Interesting post from a guy at a tennis website.

"Rybarikova may warrent blacklisting after her performance this morning. The match resumed *4-2 to Ryba in the final set.... she lost her first service game (I think to love) and proceeded to only win 2 further points after that, losing 6-4 after what seemed to be an injury timeout at *5-4 down. The odds on betfair at resumption of play had drifted to above 1.2 from 1.08 at play suspended yesterday. So either news of her injury was leaked and someone took a punt, or something else. Either way her performance was pretty disgraceful and she's one to be wary of."

Actually, there have been multiple obvious fixes. Another was very suspicious:

That was an awful end to the match. rybarikova looked like she was just out there at practice.unreal.those numbers at betfair are strange to see when she was up 4-2 and serving

If they retire after 1 set that is a loss, retired before the first set is over that's a refund right?

Tennis is a joke, every match has the possibility of being fixed.

I think people are too hard on Davydenko but yeah there's been some highly shady stuff going on.

Depends on the bookie, but betfair void if first set isn't completed. Some don't void at all, an increasing number void on a retiral at any time.

According to rumour, betdaq's recent move from 1 set to 2 sets completed was the result of dodgy matches. Wouldn't be too surprised to see betfair make the same change if another really blatant (eg Davydenko-Arguello) one happens.

No, you're imaging it. People only bet 6 million on a useless journeyman to beat the world no4, while a set down, on a hunch. They were just lucky.

                        Nishikori?

Should have been a loss if him, completed two sets.

Seems like Davydenko would've been favored in that situation . For what it's worth though, didn't Betfair refund all bets on that match.
