32 reps. of the NFLPA were scheduled to have a conference call @ 11:00am ET. Vote was to be completed at that point with speculation that it would be unanimously agreed to.

The NFL Players Association’s executive committee will propose to the players to approve the plan. But unless the players themselves vote on the plan they won't know.
