Whats the point in complaining about it? It takes as long as it takes. If they opened it today and there were problems then youd have 20 threads complaining about how it sucks, better to wait and get it right.

The entire network is getting an upgrade. It could of been done in stages but we decided to use late July to upgrade the full network. We thought it might take just a few days but then of course you need another piece of hardware or a license and the process starts to drag. Couple of more days.

Can we at least transfer out the points sitting in the sportsbook that have been frozen since it went down? I didn't find out about the book being down until it was too late, and now I have a couple hundred points sitting there that are unusable until who knows when.
