Why is B.Cecil throwing 110+ pitches every outing?

Last 4 outings hes gone deep in the game even if hes getting hit . Big difference from the start of the year where he would go 5 or 6 innings and then be pulled. Im asking cause of the B.Cecil o95.5 pitches line tonight im not sure what to make of it. Any Toronto fans know whats going on?

looks that way. this line went from o95.5 (-115) to (-170) in an hour

i have to like the under here i think a lot of runs will be scored i like him out of there in the 5th or 6th why pitch him 4 games in a row at over 100 pitches

+150 jumped on the under i think its going to be real close probably have around 85-95 pitches after 6 innings then its the managers decision, hopefully they dont go yet another long outing
