Guys, I have had an account at Heritage since 2007 and I would say they are the best in the industry when you look at everything

Can anyone tell me the format of the betjam account username? is it a username or an account number?

I have an account but forgot my username and before I email their customer service I thought I could try remember / guess it if I know the format?

It is a five digit number, assigned by them.

I appreciate the fact that Heritage made a statement to SBR but thought it would've been a nice gesture to send some kind of email traffic to the actual account holders. I emailed Heritage yesterday about issues and never got a response back. I'm sure it was one hell of a day for them yesterday but if you have time to read a thread and respond to some of the feedback with a statement you could have sent an email to your client.

considering BJ could have taken off with my money, instead they transferred me to another book. So I'm happy. BJ have been good to me over the years. I hope my Heritage experience will be the same.

I hadnt used my Greek account in years......since they stopped allowing **** deposits ive been over at 5dimes. So now I just transferred a zero dollar balance and got a heritage account. Worked out perfectly for me.

I think Bill Dozer said it was in the works, but it's a bad idea. Heritage would fit the profile of low juice and slow moving lines. A recipe for disaster. Scalpers with large balances and access to Pinnacle could easily hurt Heritage, as they have many other reduced juice books that lost big to the Pinnacle betting-syndicate-disguised-as-book.

Heritage has created a very unique, very player friendly betting environment. It's not 100% square, as Tony suggested somewhere, but it's true that sharp players will tend to play within their capacity, instead of going for the throat; if they understand the value of a longterm business relationship with Heritage. I roughly estimate the value of Heritage promotions at 3K per year. Free money. Since no other book offers that, it doesn't make much sense to beat them with exotic parlay or teaser combinations, and be shown the door, when you can play those at other books, and keep the generosity at Heritage flowing.

I read that they intend to offer all bets that The Greek offered. Whoa. I hope their lines managers are wide awake, because the old slow moving lines aren't going to cut it anymore.

Had a Greek and BJ account. When I transferred, I was given two different account #s. I'm going to email them and have them combined. Don't want to be accused of having multiple accounts at a Sportsbook.

I thought I would have to do that as well, but the BJ account went first, and when I went to transfer empty Greek account, it acted like nothing happened/was needed. Fine with me.

As long as they don't eff with me about it, I don't care. I have one account number, and don't want any others.

One thing I liked about greek was money lines on first and second halfs-----Heritage I need this bet.
