so I open an account and go to cashier to deposit. I choose credit cards and it says I need to contact CS. Then I try ewallet and says the same. So I call and those bastards won't even answer the phone. I try again and again. Finally I get some bitch who basically tells me that they don't trust me enough to allow cc, ewallet or any other convenient methods. ** only.

**** that. If I wanted to drive 50miles out of my way to fund I'd go with a better book.

    **** 5dimes.

I can understand your frustration bud, but you have to see it their way too. And last I checked they didn't even process credit cards, perhaps thats changed but once you make a deposit the other options such as eWallet etc will be allowable.

Do you really live so far from a **? My local grocery stores have it, for instance.

But still, he wants the convienenvce of being at home with a cc instead of driving elsewhere for X amount of time. Even though ** is only 7 minutes away from me, i'd still rather CC it.

welcome to online gambling. And sounds like you need some patience especially if you plan on withdrawing the money your depositing.

Everytime I contact them I get shitty service. Maybe their rating needs to be reviewed. Last night I contacted them to have a question answered. Three times I said to them, please just give me a YES or a NO, I'm just asking to get confirmation. Instead, all I get was a ****ing lecture about reading the rules and not to ask misleading questions. I'm looking into BetJam and The Greek and after this week I'll transfer the bulk of my $$$ elsewhere. The last thing I need is for some CS rep to give me shit.

The problem with some of the 5D staff is, attitude can sometimes be infectious. When you have a GM that is known to roll in the mud with some customers, whether he's ultimately a fair man or not, I think your staff takes note of that and will get it in their head that kind of arrogance is alright for them too.

Also, and I am not by any means insinuating 5D is not secure, because they are, but from what I recall of SBR's tour their setup was very much lacking in atmosphere. Seemed very small, no real employee rec lounge compared to some other books, and that also figures to dampen some CSR's attitudes and demeanor in general IMO.

These are just the little things though, they pay very fast and have never screwed anyone out of any funds, take the good w/ some bad.

Unfortunately they aren't the only top, secure book that has customer service which leaves something to be desired.

they probably are using a cc processor that is illegally processing the transactions, so they want to protect this. thats why they want to make sure they can trust you. they usually will let you after 3 months of action

At least you got an answer, my emails to them on Saturday night / Sunday morning went unanswered.
I was asking for instructions on how to send a ** or Moneygram.

I sent the same email to Betjam and was answered within the hour.

Guess who I sent the money to?

I think you can still use the online option but they may not cover the fees in that case, they were much higher from what I recall especially if someone wanted to **. Better off going to a local walmart or finding a check cashing place which usually has **/**.
