Back from the gym. Hot chick in green kept moving around as I worked out, following ole Buzzy. When I was doing curls she stands right in front of me and does some long sloooow lunges and kept looking in the mirror to see if i was checkin' her out -- which I totally was. She comes up to me and asks for some pointers on ab training (I was wiping sweat off my face with my shirt and flexing my abs hard as I did to show off to her). I took her threw a few ab exercises. Got her number. Great day at the gym indeed.

Just had a guy give me the finger when I as driving, he claims I cut him off. I chased him down 2 miles with my van and had a fight, he got a few shots in and I got a few shots in before bystanders broke it up.

Bread I might have a video tonight about this, I am actually embarrassed right now and no not know if I should make one. The fight was a draw, he claimed he won, I claimed a draw and we argued after the fight who won. An ego thing.
