Everyone had a hearty laugh when a certain website's #1 book was shut down a few months ago, now an A+ book here is shut down. Yeah, there are some major differences here, but just goes to show nothing is safe now no matter where you live.

Spot on. Bet Jamaica closes shop and players have their money almost immediately and can even continue playing with it elsewhere if they want.

BetED closes shop and players get stiffed.

Full Tilt Poker gets shut down and players wait months with no answers.

I went SBR Pro using BetJamaica. Made the easy switch to Heritage (kind of excited about that).

Extremely surprised and disappointed... only good thing is the $$ is transferred to Heritage...I have already been playing at Heritage for a year and they rock!! So while they are in operation be happy your funds are safe and you will usually get great lines.

This is a sad thing that Bet Jam is going away...but on a positive note Heritage is probably the most most player friendly book out there...Give it the chance to make things smooth and in a couple of days it will all be GOOD...
