what was the biggest baseball dog you
ever have seen? I've only been sport gambling for about a year and more so on football and basketball, but for baseball whats the biggest dog you've ever seen. I don't think I've seen any dog that was more then +250. I am talking about the moneyline here, not the runline.

One was Johan against the Marlins, I think, 1/2 years ago. They lost. He was close the $-400

Maybe it was the Nats then like this other guy said.

Nationals closed +395 against Santana and the Twins last June (Nats won 3-1).

pedro was -480 for the redsox a few yrs back vs KC..

6 yrs ago, there were about 5, minus 300's or more everyday. today, it's no longer like that.. baseball has changed.

i've also seen at least 5, -420's and -440's in the last 6 yrs, and i have seen at least a dozen of those lose over the last 15 yrs.

i know what he said, but you dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what the dog was..

if it was -480, then the dog was around +420, or +440, or +400... depends where you play it.

Covers has KC and Ricardo Rodriguez at +440.

                          Sox won 6-1.

May 10th of last year, the Rangers were +325 (at MGM) to the Yankees; McCarthy against Wang. The Rangers won 14-2. Of course I didn't bet on that game, only the first two games of the series where the Rangers were also big dogs, and lost both of them.

I think it was in 2000 that Tampa Bay beat Pedro Maritnez at a payout of +300. Pedro was -400. 1-0.

in fact, here is the game:

Tampa Bay Devil Rays beat Boston Red Sox (1-0). May 6, 2000, Attendance: 32497, Time of Game: 2:36. Visit Baseball-Reference.com for the complete box score, play-by-play, and win probability
