Everybody in your opionion is a clown. The ref has done ok job, nothing contreversial. The reason the game is being played so slow, is that Italians have dictated the tempo and Spain has trouble solving the defensive minded italians. And yes, I agree the ref had some minor mistakes like now when he stopped play, but all people do mistakes even the players. The point is, there is nothing controversial so far. If it was a penalty, he would have had 11 Spanish players running after him.Comment -

Either you cant speak English or you have trouble with understanding soccer. I played soccer for nearly 25 years, in higher levels. Even without that background, everybody knows there is no points given in soccer. Its called GOALS. And even if he had given the penalty there, would Spain had scored? I thought Spain was going to lose when they brought Guiza in. He's slow, not real crafty from what I've seen. Taking off Torres was dumb. Figures, as soon as Torres goes off, all the balls go to Guiza, who did nothing but look stupid... Then brick a crutial PK.
I'm surprised Spain pulled it out in PKs, Casillias was nasty.
Not much of a game, to be expected with Italy at this stage. Russia/Spain is a very tasty matchup. I wonder how many Arshavin is going to setup/score.Comment
