#5anyway. whatever u win u gotta play cash games with it for rollover. double jeopardy.
i know i won't be playing proly. due to this defective principal.
its hard enuff to win a tourney. then "sorry u can't spend it. u gotta go to the cash room and play nl."
no one else does this in vegas or online. i guess sbr is just to much cutting edge.
anyway i don't play that much nl cash anyway. preferring limit. when it comes to cash. i've lost to much entire session bankrolls to straights vs fh. 22299. ect.Comment -

#9Wow, that's a week delayed. It was initially set for July 25. Now its moved back another week to Aug 1. They better have something great on the upgrade.Comment -

#13you get screwed over bc you have to roll over the winnings in ring games and they take rake from those, so not only do you have to roll it over but you lose value while you are doing it.Comment -

#14rollover in ring games is kinda weird, i also wonder how that works. its usually rake that accounts for bonuses at places. If you win a tournment lets say for 500 do you have to bet 500 in a ring game? What if you just go all in for 500 and no one calls does that count? WeirdComment -

#16well, seeing how you are pro and pay 0 points to play in the tournaments, any value you get above 0 is good.Originally posted by jkilla990you get screwed over bc you have to roll over the winnings in ring games and they take rake from those, so not only do you have to roll it over but you lose value while you are doing it.
plus, we've all been complaining about the lack of traffic in the ring games, this obviously will have a positive effect on that.
sounds to me like somebody is afraid to play in the ring games.
i think they said it has to be a contested pot.Originally posted by wtt0315rollover in ring games is kinda weird, i also wonder how that works. its usually rake that accounts for bonuses at places. so yeah, you could technically get a friend and roll it over pretty easily minus some rake, but you could also technically chip dump at pokerstars too. the penalty for being caught would be severe though.Comment -

#18I'm done with SBR Poker. Too many sharks at the ring tables. After watching the WSOP in Vegas I realized getting rivered with pocket AA or KK is not as common as SBR Poker wants you to believe.Comment -

#19i like the idea.
they are free points you are winning to begin with.
and it will greatly increase the ring game traffic.
just because you spent your valuable time playing you shouldnt have to roll them over..?Comment -

#22SBR could just lower the fuk'in prize amounts and let us keep the damn points we win, instead of a stupid ass rollover, but that would be too easy a solution!
Boycotting sbr poker, will not be playing here.

#27oh shit...lol. no1 was just going to give them all away anyway, so i figured i'd allow him to continue his robin hood styling tonight, but of course he gets binked for a point. haha.

#34I think the non-US citizens will be able to buy points once it starts back up. Hopefully this upgrade stuff really means they are working on rigging the poker software to help the US citizens win during the ring games at a high but not overly suspicious rate, so the Euros go on tilt and keep purchasing more and more points. If not, SBR should think long and hard about doing that. They can make amends to the US customers who they have been screwing over the past few months, and help themselves out financially simultaneously.
