Question on scoring is Day 1 now considered a DRAW for wagering purposes as it is rained out..or do they try to complete is early on Day 2??

A test match is played over 5 days. If day 1 is washed out, they continue to play during the remaining 4 days. If the match doesn't end after 4 days, its considered a draw.
