New forum section thread request

I think it is time to open up a new section for posters to share there "locks" with everyone

The mortal locks and guaranteed winners should not be spread out all over SBR

Put all the prime fade material in one area so as it is easier to find

These "lock" threads never fail.

Poster nobs "guaranteeing" the Yankees-Rays series total would shoot way over the 26

And FootBallTime touting the over in the brewers-dbacks game tonight as a very large play- 1-0 in the 7th
