Who bets MLB 2h?

I know somebody bets this because 2h bets (bets on innings 6-the end) are available for every game on CRIS/bookmaker. However, I've never seen anyone on the net even mention these bets much less post that they're betting the second half on a game.

Why doesn't anyone ever bet this here?

Also, I'm new to MLB betting and I'm wondering when someone would make such a bet?

On Reds games...when they get down by 3 runs they throw the towel in.

But, you have to make the bet before the game starts.
