    Who's your college football team?
We're getting closer and closer to college football season boys.

Who's your team? Why are they your team? Fan, alum, family/friend play for the school?

I was born and raised a USC Trojans football fan. I went on to attend this fine institution and experienced many of the best times of my life. I've had season tickets for 17 years......went through the good, the rough, and the greatest run in modern day football (2003-2008....going 71-7 with 7 straight Pac 10 titles, two national titles, three Heisman trophy's, etc. etc. ....fukk all the Reggie Bush shit......he & his daddy took shit after he was already a star at SC.....didn't effect a single fukking play on the field).

Note: SEC fans.......please review your out of conference schedule () before piping in about how tough it is to be you.

    Fight On!

I'm not saying the SEC isn't good......in fact......as a whole......it's a great football conference. But, the SEC out of conference schedule is a joke.

This article is a couple of seasons old, but a good read.

OOC scheduling isn't the only way you should look at it. The schedule should be graded as a whole IMO. Pick an SEC team from last year and look at how many top 10, top 25 teams they played. Do the same from Pac, what did you find?
Also every premier team has at least one nobody on their schedule.

Just to argue one point here though, Bama for instance has played in recent years OOC- PSU, VT, CLemson, FSU, Tulane.
Of course we get a "gimme" once a year, but you guys also play Washington State every year, which is about the same. Its not OOC , but its still a shoe-in until kiffin ruins the trojans.

Outside of Oregon, the last couple of years have been "down" years for the Pac 10, but for most of the past decade the Pac 10.....led by USC.........represented very, very well outside the conference.

No not really, its mainly been USC. Oregon had a good year last year but really when most people think Pac 10 they think weak football. Now UCLA did knock off Texas last year which was pretty amazing.

We can totally agree on that. With that being said I think the SEC at best will produce a 1 or 2 loss sec champion this year. I am afraid we could be held out of National Title consideration depending on when the loss was taken, and whether any of the other major conferences will produce undefeated teams.
I am afraid and undefeated oklahoma and boise state snub both snub out a 2 loss SEC champion.

Who's your team? Why are they your team? Fan, alum, family/friend play for the school?

BYU. Going to be nice seeing them in independant conference with my second favorite team the irish. Always am a fan and big Rivalry with utah.
