    The Yankees truly hate me
I cant win betting on or against this sac-o-chit team. After the Houston series I thought they would make a little move until the break. fvck. The kid pitcher that beat them today had never even started and got lost on his way to the ball park according to ESPN. Of course he only then went out and threw shut out ball.

Im gonna be searching for what to do when your card gets smoked thread the way this day is going.

I know how you feel John, I've had certain teams that are like that for me. In fact years ago I suffered through something similar with William and Mary's college hoops team. I mean no matter which side I had I'd lose the game.

        SBR John,
Can you tell what these teams are up to? The Yankees started it today again. The Red Sox are acting the same script. Watch out for the Rays. The Rays will also lose to the Astros to continue with the trend.
The best thing to do is to avoid games in which the bookmakers give a very chalky line to the favorites. Honestly, I doubt the integrity of some of these upsets. I can't believe the Yankees couldn't get a run in 9 innings!

Laying -180 and up in baseball just doesn't sit right with me. I don't care if there's so much value that someones excel spreadsheet stops functioning because of a sensory overload, it's just a dicey proposition.

I know, you're thinking I've been no stranger to eating chalk and you're right, but in tennis for instance you're betting on one person against one person. In baseball, so many people can make or break your bet, so many elements involved that at the end of the day, I really only think one should even look at a favorite to the tune of -180 and up a handful of times per year. Much better off with doggies in bases, laying a pretty penny in excess of -180, -200 etc is asking for trouble, particularly on historically overpriced teams.

I lost the last two with Yanks, they teased us now back to their old ways.

They just dont come ready to play. They play the 7th 8th and 9th like mad dogs but a lot of times its too fvcking late. Good pitching + a great lineup but just dont know hop to cap when they are going to feel like playing. Probably not enough blue collar junk yard dog types on this team.

You are not alone John. Seattle usually gets me every year. I have a lifetime jinx with that team.

White Sox have done it to me the last two days. Winning, then just sheit the bed, on both days.

Do not be sucked into the Yankees tomorrow. Cincy for the sweep. Oh yes.
