Phillies/Cubs Over/Under 10.5

I see the wind is blowing out. But 10.5? Is there a tornado blowing out to center field? This makes no sense given that Worley has yet to allow more than one run and the Phillies offense that has been struggling faces Dempster who has been pitching extremely well. i don't get it

I remember last year when the Giants played Dempster in Chicago and the line was 10.5. Lots of people got buried for taking the Under.
But in this case, I think I might take the Over cuz it was also a day game.
Does history repeats itself?

We will see. Yes it could be a trap but the phillies offense is also slumping against Dempster who has been excellent lately especially at home
