    started eating healthy last week
    decided to eat super healthy last thursday or friday. eating tons of fruits and vegetables throughout the day. eating only healthy grains and avoiding most meat but had occassional chicken salad. usually eat the recommended daily pyramid of fruits and veggies and nothing more with fast food for the rest of my meals. so pretty much instead of the fast food (cheeseburgers, tacos mainly) , ive eaten way more veggies and fruits and been totally healthy.

    yesterday was pure hell. i had the worst farts ever all day. i shit 7 or 8 times and my ass is raw. the shit was soft but really only had diarrhea once or twice. it was just rididculous how much i shit out when i did not eat that much. i finally caved around 10:00 pm and ate taco bell and have had no problems since.

    not sure i can continue on this health thing if its going to wreck hell on my stomach. its not normal to shit 7 or 8 times in a day and im not exaggerating about that number

      If you want to really eat healthy check out

      Limits your sugar and carb intake. Basically eat a lot of vegetables and all the meat you want. It works.

        When people start a new diet there is usually a "purging stage" that is hell like you described. It lasts a few days, and then your body adjusts. Just tough it out and you'll be happy that you did

          Start drinking protien shakes you won't be shitting 8 times a day but when you do you better have a plunger are you better be good at courtesy flushes

                South Beach Diet. It works. Lost 19 lbs in 14 days. That was 6-7 yrs ago, prolly put 30 back on since.
