The over is actually the safer bet and here's why.

9, 6, 7, 5, 6, 6, 5, 6, 13 and 7 runs in its last 10 victories.

so you have to ask yourself if mets will put up their offense with something like this projection model for the over 8 to cash

x, 3, 2, 4, 3, 3, 4, 3, x, 2

average it out, can mets with their injuries pull off 3 runs in this game for the over to cash?

Lets not forget that all of their injuries and the guy with the flu is the mets bread and butter. Without their sluggers, can they give us 3 runs?

No problem BC, I appreciate it. I hope they play this one because it is my only solid lean for the day, few of the other games looked ok to me but this one stood out. Hopefully it plays and cashes if not rather just take the day off than bet something I don't feel strongly enough about and end up regretting if it does not cash.
