A gapper to the wall that would've scored two runs for the Angels, but Victorina refuses to play the ball, claiming it's unplayable because it sorta lodged between the padding and the ground. An ump goes out to check and removes the ball without any effort at all but still calls it ground rule double.

Angels got robbed out of a bigger inning and now the Phils got a rally going in the bottom of the inning.

Sounds like the outfielder had a brain for a change, anybody with 2 braincells would've done the same thing, idea is to do whatever you can to win the game. If it goes into ivy at Wrigley Field the fans would boo the outfielder off the field who sticks his hand in their and gives up runs tryin to find the ball, it's going to be a minimum double anyway so just throw your hands up and save the runs.
