For what its worth Dax was using 10 cent lines for a while but now it seems everyone has switched to 20 cent lines, so they were not "always using 20 cent lines." You really can't complain about free points but it is mildly offputting to have 10 cent lines up one day and switch them to 20 cent the next so yeah it's going to annoy some people.
