Playstation 3 - Little Big Planet

This is probably going to be the game that will push PS3 up even more. A creative type game, that you can create levels and publish them online so others can play and rank. You also create your character to use. My son and I have been waiting for this game now for about 8 months now, and it looks like it will be released in October. I will be pre-ordering it.

That looks interesting, unsure it's exactly my genre, although I'm unsure what genre that would fall under. Cool concept though.

With Madden football about to hit the shelves, I may pick up a PS3, I've gone back and forth and ultimately decided there weren't enough games I'd play that could justify the cost of one, but if it utilizes my HDTV and serves as a blu-ray player that could cover the cost too..

They are always putting out updates for the system too. The Blu-Ray player is awesome, and it also up converts your regular DVD's to HD quality.

Remember. Metal Gear Solid 4 just came out also. I will probably be picking that up too.

He was a badass character for sure. Yeah it sounds like a pretty good deal now that I think about it, is the $499 model with the extra GB's overkill? Seen one for $399 that is a 40GB system.

You get VIP access to private demos or something. They haven't released a public demo yet.

Crazy, you can always get the 40GB unit, and upgrade the HD later if need be. But I think the 40GB unit doesn't have the multi-card reader and only 2 USB ports, instead of 4 which the 80GB has. If any of that is important to you.

I'm retarded -- I got the 20GB PS3 (no WiFi) a few years back when the system first came out and they were extremely hard to find. Still haven't figured out how to get the thing online -- my router is setup too far away from the PS3 to utilize the ethernet cables. I picked up a Linksys wireless gaming adapter off Ebay, but nothing is more frustrating than attempting to hook up that thing.

You probably use the best teams and just run the same plays over and over again, tons of players online do that then crash their modem when someone actually can defend their hail marys.
