#38pavy,
Anything gaming related is run out of Costa Rica and all news out of Texas. We wanted a presence in Costa Rica to be able to communicate better with the industry. Its one thing to work thru email, mssgr, ect., but much better to meet in person with the books as needed. And they appreciate our effort to go down there and be a part of their world.Comment -

For those who need to be in the know, SBR's main office is in Costa Rica. We do still maintain a news office in baking hot Texas.Comment -

#49Costa Rica is colder than most people think. I went swimming once in an unheated pool and that lasted for about 9 seconds. The afternoon rain is annoying and its a cold rain. But up until noon its paradise and the evenings are great too.Comment -

Mr.Hanks,
You are a very inspirational and excuisite person. It was a shame you had to go so fast...We could have gone out for a beer. Where did you end up going anyway? I heard you had to go meet Spiro from the Greek? You always have your eye on these books. How did the meeting turn out?Originally posted by SBR_JohnAAO = good dude. #52Originally posted by SeanMeant to tell you that the gardener found the testicle that shot out through your nose when you jumped in the pool that day. Whaddya want us to do with it? It's in a jar in the back of the office fridge right now but we really need to clean that thing out. Let us know ASAP.

#55Originally posted by AgainstAllOddsIt was pretty neat....Got to meet John, Bill, Willie and Dan
John- Is a great guy. Reminds of Tom Hanks. Alot of class and personality.
Bill - Another good guy - Kinda person I would like to drink a beer with sometime.
Willie Bee- Reminds me of Al Borland from the show "Tool Time"
Bigboydan - Knew everything about every book out there...he was pretty awsome. Very intelligent as well.
Overall it was fun to see the whole operation...they even gave me a preview of the upcoming "MYSBR"...
Will post pics later.
Thanks SBR.
And yes u can afford a trip to CR ... when u do so ... let me know.Comment -
