Oddsmakers sure like him but there's no value Bronx. We've got 2 rounds to play and there's 60 guys within 6 shots of the lead. There's going to be a lot of leaderboard changes tomorrow when the weather is supposed to be pretty bad. Right now, I think you're better off taking a flyer on a guy like Zach Johnson who's at Even par and going at nearly 100-to-1. It's anyone's tournament, especially since this course is so weird with even more bounces than usual for a British Open course.
I think Garcia is going to be right there til the end on Sunday but the problem is that he is a choker so if you take him, you're putting money on a guy who has never proven that he can get it done in a major.

Well he's got three 40+ year old Europeans and 2 so-so American players ahead or tied with him, no serious competition for Kaymer there. Someone will have to come from behind and get him, so yeah around 13% chance seems very fair.

Wish I had some of that pre-tourney Clarke 177/1. Yes, hard to back one guy is such a logjam at the top.
